Under the supervision of H.E. VICTOR TCHATCHOUWO, Cameroon’s Ambassador to Türkiye, a Cameroonian Delegation led by the Minister of Women’s Empowerment and the Family, Pr. MARIE THÉRÈSE ABENA ONDOA, took part in the 36th World Women’s Summit, held from 4th to 6th June 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye. Organised. Under the theme "Women: Building Bridges to a Bold Tomorrow," this international event brought together women leaders to promote leadership and share experiences.

On the sidelines of this event, on Thursday, 4th June 2026, the Minister of Women’s Empowerment and the Family, met her counterpart in charge of Family and Social Services in Türkiye, Mrs. MAHINUR ÖZDEMIR GÖKTAS.
