At the invitation of the Cameroonian Government, a Delegation from the Turkish Company ‘DOĞANLAR MAKİNA’ conducted an Economic Mission to Cameroon from 03 to 12 August 2025. Under the coordination of the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, in charge of Planning (MINDEL-MINEPAT) and President of the Steering Committee of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions (PPRD), the mission was part of the implementation of the PPRD with a view to strengthen the agricultural equipment and production facilities for Cameroonian agro-industries, notably CDC, PAMOL and UNVDA.
On the instructions of H.E. VICTOR TCHATCHOUWO, Ambassador of Cameroon to Türkiye, adequate supervision and consistent monitoring of this Economic Mission was provided by Mr. NKWAH AKONGNWI NGWA, First Secretary of AMBACAM-ANKARA.
During the Economic Mission, discussions were held with the Heads of the following Ministerial Departments and Consular Chambers, and Technical study visits were carried out in the field: Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, in charge of Planning (MINDEL-MINEPAT), Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER), Visit to the CDC, Visit to PAMOL, Visit to UNVDA, Chamber of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry (CAPEF); Visit to the Embassy of Türkiye in Yaoundé.
