THE THIRD AFRICA-TURKEY PARTNERSHIP SUMMIT : CAMEROON'S PARTICIPATION IN THE MEETING OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS MINISTERS
As a prelude to the Summit of Heads of State and Government scheduled for December 18, 2021 on the occasion of the 3rd Africa-Turkey Partnership Summit, His Excellency the Minister of External Relations who led a Cameroonian Delegation to participate in the meeting of Ministers of Affairs Foreign Affairs held on 12/17/2021 under the Co-Presidency of His Excellency MEVLÜT ÇAVUSOGLU, Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs and His Excellency Christophe LUTUNDULA APALA, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC ), whose country holds the current Presidency of the African Union.
During the said meeting, His Excellency the MINREX in his declaration joint Cameroon's voice alongside other African Ministers of Foreign Affairs on the importance of international solidarity and the strengthening of multilateralism in order to face major contemporary challenges and which Heads of State and Government should also consider: the Covid-19 pandemic, climate change, issues of international peace and security.
