On Friday, the 16th of July 2021, H.E. VICTOR TCHATCHOUWO, Ambassador of Cameroon to Turkey, presided over in the Banquet Hall of the Diplomatic Mission in Ankara, the solemn handing over ceremony of the Epaulettes to SECOND LIEUTENANT EDOUKA EDOUKA PATRICK PHIRMAIN, Head of the General Resource Office to the Military Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Cameroon in Turkey, promoted Second Lieutenant by Presidential Decree No 2021/349 du 17 june 2021, effective from the 1st of July 2021.
The ceremony took place in the presence of several Ambassadors, General Officers of the Turkish Army and of several Millitary officials accredited to Turkey.
The colourful ceremony ended with a reception in honour of the promoted.
