The Embassy of the Republic of Cameroon in the Republic of Türkiye informs the Members of the Cameroon Community of Türkiye that the Cameroonian Government, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), has initiated the project entitled "Diaspora Mobilization Strategy for the Socioeconomic Development of Cameroon."

This project, funded by the European Union (EU), demonstrates the strong commitment of the State of Cameroon to the participation of its diaspora in the country's affairs, as well as the willingness of the Public Authorities to cooperate with various partners to this end.

The project aims to implement the aforementioned project, particularly through a reflection on the diaspora engagement strategy, the main axes of which could consist of profiling, the design of a database and the development of a diaspora mobilization strategy document, accompanied by an action plan.
